Louis Vuitton unveiled a brand new take on the emblematic Tambour watch with the Tambour Damier Graphite Race . Inspired by the House’s iconic Damier Graphite canvas created by Louis Vuitton himself in 1888, the new timepiece echoes Virgil Abloh’s collections, with an eye-catching contrast between black, silver and green.
Available in two different versions: a 46mm large chronograph priced at $8,350 and a smaller time-only model measuring 41.5mm ($5,750). The dial feature the Graphite Damier pattern with Virgil Abloh’s neon-green signature splashed across the entire dial. Also be sure to check our collection of watches with green faces.
For both watches, the iconic Tambour-case is made of sandblasted stainless steel case with anthracite PVD coating, and featuring a smoked-grey sapphire glass caseback, subtly revealing a traditional mechanism. Both timepieces come completed by Louis Vuitton’s innovative patented interchangeable strap in bicolored rubber.
