Ring Clock – Sleek And Stylish Watch For Your Finger

The Ring Clock may just be the smallest watch you’ve ever seen. It’s so small it fits comfortably around your finger in the guise of a ring. Several markings around the periphery of the ring represent markings on the clock and they light up in order to tell the time. It’s milled precisely out of surgical steel, giving it an incredible brushed finish, while also allowing it to be gentle on the skin. It’s even water resistant to 30 meters, so you don’t need to worry about taking it off every time you go for a shower, or a swim. Wear it with confidence and assurance, like any other piece of jewelry! Unlike watches that come with adjustable straps, the Ring Clock is made to fit. Choose from 18 different sizes for a perfectly fitting finger-timepiece! The Ring Clock comes with a wireless charging station that also allows you to set the time. Just slide the ring in and controls on the docking station allow you to configure the time. Each charge powers the Ring Clock for a full week.

Wonderful Rings With Hidden Fairytale Worlds

British jewelry designer Theo Fennell has created whimsical collection of one-of-a-kind “Opening Rings.” With gemstones like diamonds, emeralds, and opals set in bands of gold, the pretty pieces are undeniably classic in composition. However, as part of Fennell’s Masterworks collection—a line of jewelry that is “absolutely original [and] astonishingly designed and crafted” – each Opening Ring is clearly not your standard piece of jewelry. Featuring tiny figures, intricate relief drawings, and even decorative typography, the rings are beautiful at first glance. However, while the exterior of each piece is eye-catching enough, it’s what’s inside that makes them particularly enchanting. Each quirky ring has a few tricks up its sleeve. Tiny doors and moveable gates reveal secret compartments and dainty illustrations, from gorgeous gardens to a vividly detailed yellow-brick road. While the ornamental objects cost a pretty penny (up to $30,000), Fennell holds that the enchanting rings are “true works of art that simply have no comparison anywhere else.”

The World’s First Breathable Silicone Active Ring

Show the world not only what you do, but who you are with your Active Silicone Ring. Whether you are married or non-married, make your statement of being everyday active and fully alive. These new patented rings have been designed with grooves to breath without altering the exterior of the ring, keeping your finger from pickling and becoming unbearable to wear. They are the first liquid injected ring with medical grade silicone, making the detail and profile unparalleled. This also means it is non porous, non conductive, and hypoallergenic. It’s low profile and tensile strength also protects your finger from catches and snags that would otherwise do serious damage to your finger if wearing the tradition metal bands.

Stylish Smart Ring Equipped with a ‘Panic’ Button

Wearable tech is an ever-growing trend, and rings are a natural progression from glasses and watches. Although these pieces have seemingly less available functions than other accessories, they can still play an important role in our lives. Nimb is a portable device that has your personal safety in mind with the tagline “a ring with a panic button.” While that might sound dramatic, it can prove vital in dangerous situations – with the touch of a button, you can send out an emergency alert. The way Nimb works is simple: when in trouble, press the button on the bottom of the ring and hold it for three seconds. This activates a message with your profile info and GPS location, and it’s then sent to your predetermined safety circles. You’ll know they received the message thanks to the ring’s vibration feedback. From there, your rescue crew can take action to help. With Nimb, you choose whom you alert. From their mobile app, you can set your safety circle as large or as small as you like – perhaps you only want it to contact your best friend. Or, you want it to include emergency services or even nearby Nimb users. Available in white or black, the sleek ring looks like any other modern accessory rather than a powerful personal protection device. It’s now available for preorder through Indiegogo, with an estimated delivery of March 2017.

An ongoing series initially started in 2001, the Cantos collection is inspired by Dante Alighieri’s epic 14th century poem the “Divine Comedy.” Drawing on the strict structure of the poem—which moves purposefully from one encounter to the next, building off each as Dante travels through the three realms of the dead—the rings aim to translate this into sculptural objects that evolve from each other to tell a greater story.

Today we want to show you two things at once: ring and sculptures. The author is Rebecca Rose. She creates unique rings-sculptures. "My methods involve a process called kit bashing, where I assemble found and burnable objects reminiscent of childhood toys, game pieces, organic materials, and imported miniatures in order to convey a narrative or story. An avid art collector myself, I create works with the collector in mind. The precious metals used in the series retain monetary value, as sterling silver consistently appreciates in the world market, and by providing accurate and highly detailed documentation for each piece, provenance is a cinch."
