Usually Sarolta makes different manipulations with her art works from several hours to several days using up to 100 different layers for each image. "Originally I’m a jewellery designer, later I discovered digital photo manipulation and it became my passion and main activity. I like using ordinary elements and by combining them, I can give them various stories, personalities. This time we’ll show you celebrities in the uniform of Russian generals. English portrait artists George Dawe painted 329 portraits of Russian generals active during Napoleon’s invasion of Russia for the Military Gallery of the Winter Palace, Saint Petersburg, Russia. Using only words and numbers 40-year-old Spanish artist, graphic designer and illustrator Juan Osborne created a series of celebrity’s portraits. The basis for this art work are famous people photos. Composing famous quotes, song lyrics and transcriptions Juan has created more than 500 word art images. He says “Words are powerful, they go straight into the human mind and really add something to my pictures that you can’t get from a regular picture taken with a camera.”
