$1 Million RM 25-01 Tourbillon Adventure from Richard Mille and Sylvester Stallone

While many of his movie characters are known for their sheer physical prowess and power of will, Sylvester Stallone is actually quite a bit more refined. In fact, he’s a card-carrying member of Mensa, the high IQ society. And now, he’s put those smarts to good use by helping create the RM 25-01 Tourbillon Adventure Watch with his friend and watchmaker, Richard Mille. Richard Mille is one of 25 luxury watch brands for men. For those unfamiliar, a tourbillon is a watch feature that helps counter the effects of gravity on a wristwatch. It’s also one of the most complex mechanical complications ever envisioned and is widely regarded as being an impressive if unnecessary addition. While this watch has one tucked within its gears, its only one part of the many that make this watch an altogether insane feat of watchmaking. The RM 25-01 also features magnetic shielding, a titanium-carbon TPT case, a detachable compass, a level, and even an emergency compartment that houses a water-purification tablet. That, plus a dozen or so more features, give this watch a price of $983,000. Oh yeah, and only 20 will ever be made.

Urwerk’s Latest Titanium Watch – UR-105 CT Kryptonite

Luminosity is at the heart of Urwerk‘s latest creation, the UR-105 CT Kryptonite. The intense green light emitted from the hour markers is the reason for the suggestive “Kryptonite” name. The vivid phosphorescence of the numerals creates a fascinating contrast with the matt, AlTiN-coated titanium case whose size is 39.5 mm x 53 mm x 17.3 mm. The AlTiN (aluminium titanium nitride) coating provides exceptional oxidation resistance and extreme hardness.

Transparent Watch from Hublot – Big Bang Tourbillon Power Reserve 5 Days Sapphire

It’s also similar to Bell & Ross BR-X1 Skeleton Tourbillon Sapphire Transparent Watch. The case of this watch measures 45mm across and 14.25mm thick. The entire case is made from plates of sapphire that are first cut from solid blocks and then milled and polished down to the correct shapes. This houses a skeletonized resin dial with a rhodium-plated brass handset and oversized luminous Arabic numerals, combining for a harmonious look.

This one-of-a-kind UR-210 is themed on the spellbinding superlatives of Dubai, the maddening, yet tantalising megacity. For all its wealth and display, Dubai is also rich in sophisticated traditions. The cocktail of emotions stirred by the first experience of this breath-taking city is engraved forever in the metal of this timepiece. In the press release announcing the watch, co-founder of Urwerk, Felix Baumgartner shares about the first time he visited Dubai in 2007 and how fascinated he was by the paradox the city encapsulates. A city of extreme lavishness set with extreme aridity to its east and the Persian Gulf to its west. He describes the city as, “strong and often contradictory,” and it is this very characteristic that he wanted to imbue into the UR-210 he dedicated to the city. Which is why the intricate patterns and mosaic chosen to adorn the watch are those that are found on ancient middle-eastern places of worship and royal palaces. And the watch – UR-210 – is anything but ancient. And this watch can easily get into our list of the world’s most expensive watches.

As the years went by, this exquisite timepiece received many special versions, and today we have the privilege to introduce a brand new model. Called TAG Heuer Monaco Gulf Special Edition, this stunning watch recalls Steve McQueen’s involvement in making the Monaco famous. The renowned Hollywood star showed off a TAG Heuer Monaco on his wrist during his appearance in the popular 1971 film Le Mans, where he was playing a racing driver at the 24-hour endurance race from Le Mans. Sponsored by Gulf Oil, his racecar had a white livery with blue and orange stripes, a theme that you’ll also see on this timepiece, which honors the 50th anniversary of the Gulf racing stripes as well.

Breathtaking Anura Rafael Write Time Luxury Watches

The case measures 42 mm, while the capsule is locked in place in the receptacle by means of a rotating ring. Time can be told thanks to three discs that are housed under the large sapphire crystal, with all the numerals on the discs being hand-engraved and painted.
