There are a lot of versions in internet about when and how will be the end of the world. Have you ever thought about how our world will look after? What could happen with Moscow and New York after a nuclear war? Talanted Russian artist Vladimir Manyuhin aka mvn78 was able to convey to us his view of such world in his matte paintings. All illustrations were created using various graphic programs such as Photoshop and 3DMax. Looks very interesting.

  4. Great job! We seem to worry so much about the Apocalypes but let us view this as the product of our wild imagination. I like everything about the pic and I may say well done. More power.

  5. This is some very well done artwork. I was wondering, if anyone knows, can I purchase the royalties to some of these to be used publicly?

  6. I can’t help but remember about Fallout 3 looking at these pictures. It’s really well drawed, kudos for the artist

  7. Some of these and in particular – the one with the helicopter is much like a game scene from Stalker:Shadow or Chernobyl

  8. the one in washington with mr abe is tecnically imposible… washington is not a rainforest zone… sorry for the geek data.

  9. All this fascination with decay. “Life After People” series on the History channel, etc. I have this odd imagination we’re closer than we think. Terrible I know. I very afraid of what the latest oil slick will do to our oceans. We’ve never had such a thing.

  10. Sometimes I look at people’s perceptions of the future after us, and I start wondering: “What would the world look like now if we had never been?”
