The “Sight Smart House” or “Vision Greenhouse Villa” is an innovative example of modern architecture, brought to life by Ufo Studio. This fascinating villa, situated on a rectangular plot in Kordan, Karaj, is designed in such a way as to cater to the requirements of the client, effectively utilizing the space across three main levels.
The conceptualization and design of the project underwent several revisions before settling on the final plan, which envisages three distinct sections. The ground level houses a greenhouse, living room, kitchen, guest bedroom, and additional amenities. On the first floor, there are two expansive master bedrooms, while the topmost level, referred to as the mezzanine, is dedicated to the owner’s suite.
A significant challenge in the project design was dealing with the master bedroom on the mezzanine level. The specific feature of this room is its 6-meter console, supported by two pillars. Microcement in shades of white and gray was chosen as the principal material for the construction, adding a touch of sleek sophistication to the overall aesthetic of the villa.
