New Ways to Show the Time

Continue the theme of unusual watches let us show you three new concepts. Created by different designers these concepts are combined by creativity of its designers and queerness of time’s presentation.

Eclipse

This stylish minimalistic concept is created by designer Kenneth Young. To determine the time it’s necessary to look at the combination of the two circles with hours and minutes, which rotate clockwise, at the highest point marked by white line where the figure 12 is usually placed.

Ora

Not so comfortable but for sure very unconventional watch were created by Alexandros Stasinopoulos from Greece. This concept is called Ora. Ora’s dial consist of three moving, crossing each other’s tapes. Minutes are placed on vertical tape, hours and date are placed on the other two.

ORB

Another creative concept of wrist-watch. This time it’s created by Italian designer Djordje Zivanovic. Three lines on this plastic braslet shows the current time – hours, minutes and seconds. Add the fact that the watch is the touchscreen and you’ll get awesome idea for realisation. The concept also implies several color variations.

    Great concept, one question isn’t the time of the 9:20 eclipse watch wrong. It look more like 9:35 since it is somewhere between the 30 and 45. I dont know though
