Lazzarini has always made a point to make its drool-worthy yacht concepts unique and sleek. The Italian design studio’s latest concept, the Sovrano, goes above and beyond all its others with a tremendous size and luxury amenities that recall those of an Alaskan – er, Italian – cruise ship.

Built to have enough autonomy to circumnavigate the globe, the 555-foot yacht features a spacious middle carport that holds up to six automobiles and two 49-foot tenders that can be accessed from either port or starboard side via an extraction crane that lowers the boats into the water. There’s also a smaller deck garage on the rear to go along with the dual helicopter pads on top (which can convert into a pair of swimming pools as well).

Five levels in total, the ship boasts a fitness facility, multiple living suites, and several swimming pools on each floor. On the bow of the ship, a connecting triple-level atrium consists of a large pool and garden area, and the retractable roof allows for a more open experience. Another highlight is the descending leisure platform that lowers from the side expansion to meet the waterline down below with the help of four electric winches.

Always keeping its eye on the future, Lazzarini never shies away from innovative yet practical designs that always look amazing when it’s all said and done. Made from steel and lightweight carbon fiber composites, the Sovrano would also be the world’s widest megayacht at around 105 feet at max width.
