The BMW S1000 is designed for speed, with a really light frame. The weight of this fastest BMW bike is 4kgs lesser than the previous one and has the updated semi-active suspension pack of the HP4’s Dynamic Damping Control. The BMW S1000 RR can go 0-60 in 2.7 seconds. Even at these speeds, the new power curve on the bike allows for turning to be nice and easy. 1. World’s Fastest Bike Dodge Tomahawk: 350 mph

Even cars have a hard time keeping up with such raw speed. This superbike carries within it an 8277CC 10 valve, four stroke engine that is simply a dream. The dodge tomahawk has four wheels and each of them has its own suspension. Also, this is the same engine found in the Dodge Viper, ( 8.3-liter V10 Dodge Viper SRT10). The transmission on this bike is a two-speed manual toe shift and uses the traditional chain and sprocket system. The place that was supposed to house the headlights is actually a throttle intake and the bike also has a cooling system placed behind the intake manifold. The Dodge Tomahawk has no rival to this day, however, due to its four wheels and a few other reasons the bike isn’t certified for legal use in the USA. It can clock 0-60 somewhere in between 1.75 – 2.5 seconds and hits its max power of 500 HP at 5600 RPM.

  1. My Turbo Busa will dumpster each and every single one of these motorcycles. Busa is the king of bikes and the best looking. Most aerodynamic motorcycle in the world. The heavy weight of it makes it a land missile. Nothing can hold as solid as a Busa going warp speed.

  5. My son, only child had a ninja, he was killed in a motorcycle accident in 2019, age 32…. yeah, thank you for fast motorcycle!! Make sure you make them as fast as they can break a person in a hundred pieces on the side of the road.

    2. Sad for your loss but any motorcycle can be lethal. It’s in the responsibility of the rider to choose a bike fitting to his skill level. And sometimes, the unavoidable happens, like an oil patch or a drunk driver.

    3. You don’t blame the road when you make a mistake and slide a bike. I crashed three times in three decades. In every instance I was root cause. Roads, trees, and other hard objects do not think. Same applies to bikes. There is only one person in control—who makes all the decisions—and therefore owns all consequences. You must know the limits of your skill. You truly hold your life on your hands. No machine that functions as designed is ever guilty of executing its rider free will. We take risks. We own them.

      When I mishandled my former GSXR1300 and ended up with duel knee surgery, the fault was mine, and only mine. Unlike us humans, bikes have no volition, nor do they think. We do. Don’t blame a machine for what it is unable to do.

    5. I am very sorry for your loss, I have lost many friends to fast bikes. I have ridden bikes since I was 13 and am now 64. My last bike was a hyabusa 1300 gsxr. Top speed 185, 0-60 about 2.6 sec. I have had it up to 140. You cant blame the manufacturers for deaths. You either ride or you dont. EVERY time I swing my leg over my bike I know exactly what I am doing. I practice safe riding habits. I use my signal and I dont zig zag in between traffic. I do however, worry about the idiots behind me because they are the ones that are dangerous, texting, talking on the phone NOT paying attention to the one thing they should be doing and that is driving. Im sure your son knew the consequences EVERY time he went out, we all know the dangers of riding but when you love to ride as much as we do, you take your chances and pray you come back in one piece. Its just like a gun you cant blame the gun for killing someone only the person pulling the trigger. Same for bikes, no one is twisting your arm to ride. Oh yea did I tell you I am a woman who rides one of the fastest street bikes there is. Yes I worry about getting killed but that is MY choice!

I remember a story from my childhood that a mother wanted to teach her daughter a lesson and made her eat a bowl of sugar. The little girl died as a result of the sugar overload on her system. Bikes, Cars, Gun, Skis, Canoes, Ladders, Alcohol, Swimming, Scuba Diving, Flying, Parachuting, Crossing the street. There isn’t a thing out there that hasn’t killed man woman or child. I feel for your loss. It wouldn’t matter if the bike was restricted to 60 miles an hour or 200 miles an hour. Using the motorcycle the correct way and in a responsible fashion is just about the only way the rider can come back safely. Your son may have thought he knew better but in the end he may have neglected to factor in other conditions or failed on some other way. As a man of 65 who has driven YEAR ROUND in the Canadian weather I can tell you this. If you drive the bike responsibly you come home safe.

I feel the pain you have but we all have a decision to ride a bike and enjoy the freedom of the road and the power of a bike underneath us! There’s Nothing that can come close to the experience of riding! And a fast bike can’t change the fact that one don’t have to use the power and ride safely and don’t speed. Accidents happen! You can’t blame the bike!!! If that’s possible then I’ve gotta sue playboy for my tennis elbow!

I’m sorry to hear about your Sons death but sadly at times we make the wrong decisions and sadly some are not as deadly by the grace of God but he made the choice to speed excessively and it was on purpose knowingly breaking the law doing so ,so unfortunately it cost him his own life but blaming any motorcycle company for his death is like blaming all gun makers for the death on innocent people shot by some criminals with a gun

Most riders are already fully aware of the power their bike is capable of. 1 not many are going to dog their bikes to death and wear them out faster, just to test its limits because they love it. 2 there is always those few that get the hang of riding and get to comfortable with the bike. Once they get to comfortable each time they ride they get faster and faster. Then one day they get on the bike now they are so comfortable and have already been pushing it faster each time. Then they put to much trust in the bike and their abilities to handle it. All common sense and fear of it go out the window and they push it faster and faster for the adrenaline rush and excitement and go to fast before they’ve realized it and can’t gain control back. My husband owns a super blackbird it started out with to much fear and respect for what it was capable of. Now his had it over a year and gotten comfortable and over confident on it going faster than I’d like him to. I’m going to suggest to any wives, mothers and anyone else out there that has close loved ones that ride motorcycles download the life360 app onto your phone and have your loved to do the same. Having this app on our phones so you’ll always know exactly where each other are, alerts you to if they’ve been in a accident with the free version and with the paid version it’ll also alert 911 and give the exact location they are in. This is how I keep up with if my husband is getting to brave and needs a butt chewing for going to fast which thankfully keeps him in check on not letting common sense fail him. It really does ease the worry unless they also have seizures to worry you to death.

  7. Wrong, the non- speed limited Suzuki Hayabusa was produced for two years (1999 and 2000). Top speed194 MPH. That was fast 20 years ago. Faster and quicker than either the 1200 Kawasaki and Honda Blackbird.

    2. My BF owned 2 of them and it prompted me to get one too, cuz my silly little ninja 500 could not keep up with him when we would ride together. He would be a mile down the rode and I have the throttle to the floor. It was very frustrating to ride when I had no power. Thats when I said I need one and let me say OMFG was I exited when I first drove it. My first night him and I were racing one another I had it up to 140 and never drove anything over 1000 and that was just a Harley sportster. I loved my 2001 Hayabusa. I now know the meaning of “Its better than sex” cause when you twist that throttle and you go from 70 to 110 in a split second there is just NO other feeling accept maybe pulling a few Gs in a F15. The adrenaline rush alone is awesome!

Where is the ZX12r?Busa ‘s record was only based on one year because they snuck an unrestricted bike in before all the major manufacturers agreed to limit top speed because they feared the bikes would be banned for sale in Europe as there were concerns raised about top speeds being excessive..

    1. I have a H2R, and i had upgraded that bike for 4 times, that can reach 100km/h just in 2.5s but that thing always lose Hayabusa has no upgrade. I think you need to learn more about Motorcycle. And the Electric motor Energica Ego can win H2R in 1km drag race 🙂

    Production bikes…… well there are bikes missing and times – speeds are wrong. Stock ugly pants Hayabusa does not do 248 and zzr1400 0 to 60 is 2.5.

  11. Not correct ranking… Busa don’t go 248mph… 100 Lower bhp going 30mph faster is questionable. Moreover Ninja H2R is a 300+ bhp bike not 197… Where you getting these crappy stats…. H2R is probably rank 2 busa goes way back…. Check sources.
